Billing for Code Blue Services commences upon Invoicing.

Customer shall provide at least 60 days’ written notice to Code Blue prior to any of the following events:

• Cancellation of Services

• Change of Business Name

• Relocation of any Services from the original install location

• Transfer of Services to a new property owner

All notices must be sent to Code Blue’s Cloud Services & Technical Support Team
