Sales Commission/Discount Deviation Form

Commission Deviation has been implemented to encourage “net new” projects and/or customers and is awarded on an individual project basis. It is designed to encourage greater support and reward sales representatives for “Parts” opportunities, such as public address upgrades, phone upgrades, etc. It may be applied to commission-based programs.

Commission Deviation Process

  1. Submit discount deviation request

  2. The request will be reviewed by a Code Blue Regional Sales Manager

  3. Code Blue Regional Sales Manager will send the request approval/denial correspondence
