For over 35 years, Code Blue has been the leading manufacturer of cylindrical, highly-visible Help Point® devices—commonly known as blue light towers and call boxes—deployed across North America in campuses, parks, parking structures, and transit hubs. With deep expertise in outdoor enclosures and telephones, we design and provide vandal-resistant devices that deliver immediate help at the touch of a button, becoming a trusted standard on over 90% of U.S. college campuses.

Building on this foundation, we've expanded our offerings to include VoIP expertise and Cloud connectivity, such as our Code Blue Cloud platform. This enables our established Integrator Partners and emerging entrepreneurs to create, design, and integrate customizable solutions for public and private access to sources of help, information, and intelligent response.
Through site-specific designs, our Help Point® devices combine with Cloud connectivity to link fixed-location systems to personal mobile devices (including cell phones, watches, and computers), as well as Call Centers and PSAPs (such as police, private services, and 911). This integration alerts, informs, and dispatches on-site or public responders, providing situational awareness for collaborative, real-time response among all involved parties.
As we evolve from traditional emergency phones to coordinated safety ecosystems, we empower everyday people to act immediately and confidently—bridging the gap between incidents and professional response. Code Blue serves as a Manufacturer, Cloud Services Provider, and Integrator for the Integrator—partnering with property owners from initial planning through installation, training, and ongoing maintenance to create safer, more connected environments with measurable results in deterrence and rapid intervention.
