HOLLAND, MICHIGAN (December 10, 2013): Code Blue Corporation, the industry leading manufacturer of emergency communication solutions, has promoted John Plooster to Director of Sales and David Fleming to Director of Marketing and Design. Both report directly to Chief Operating Officer David Cook.
“John and David have each played big roles in setting Code Blue on a terrific course for the future,” Cook said. “Between John’s work ethic and David’s creative focus, I am confident that these promotions will continue to help this organization grow our audience and adapt to the changing needs of the security industry.”
Plooster, who joined Code Blue in October 2012 as the Regional Sales Manager for Central North America, will be responsible for managing the sales team and expanding the company’s growth both in the U.S. and internationally.
Plooster has excelled as a sales engineer and manager in the telecommunications industry for more than 15 years. His resume prior to Code Blue includes work with Windstream, Cavalier Telephone and PAETEC.
Fleming came to Code Blue in July 2012 as the Marketing Manager. While he will continue to oversee the marketing department, he also will be taking a lead role in the creation and design of new products.
Fleming, a graduate of Hope College, has compiled more than a decade of organizational and communication skills, including a stint as the Marketing and PR Manager for the comedy festival “LaughFest.”
