Code Blue Cellular is designed to provide service for Code Blue Help Points® or other manufacturer's Emergency Call Stations, regardless of them being a managed or consumer cloud customer.

We offer data plans for your Help Points®.

Code Blue Cellular data plans are designed specifically for your cellular Help Points®. And, our rates are directly in line with your current carrier’s. And, you’ll gain the benefit of why cellular with Code Blue is to your advantage.

  1. Our data plans are catered specifically to your Help Points®. Don’t pay for more data than you need.
  2. If you add or remove cellular Help Points® from your campus, the data plan and call routing changes can be managed by Code Blue and your authorized Code Blue reseller: no need to call your carrier to explain how your cellular plan and call routing need to be adjusted.
  3. Outage support. 

With a single multi-carrier SIM card, we provide the following carriers:

  • AT&T
  • T-Mobile
  • Verizon
  • Bell (Canada)

AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Telus and Bell (in Canada). (this one SIM card - if Verizon were to go down in NYC, it will automatically roll over to AT&T. Almost none of them have access to this capability because they are tied to a specific carrier. So even in a network outage we have access to multiple carriers. So, even if a customer is married to a specific carrier, CB can offer you a low-cost multi-carrier backup SIM card if your primary network choice/carrier were to go down.) Goal is: buy our cellular OR buy our backup cellular.

Now offering a redundant backup SIM card, half use their own cellular service, we offer a super cheap backup SIM card that only used when the primary carrier's service goes down.

To qualify for Code Blue Cellular, you must:

Be a current owner of a Code Blue Help Point® or a competitor's emergency call station on your property or campus.
