Nebula Connect Devices
A Nebula Connect Device does exactly that: it connects you to Nebula, Code Blue’s cloud-based network platform. These products are designed for specific applications depending on the solution you seek.
- Analog or IP
- In combination with our many converter options, any type of network can be converted to cellular and connect to our Nebula Cloud Services platform.
- Cellular or Wired
- The type of connection is up to you: Nebula Connect Devices can all connect via a wired communication line or a cellular one.
Help Point® Connect Devices
Designed for installation within a Code Blue Help Point®, these Connect Devices provide a connection point to our Nebula cloud platform & allowing integration with our Blue Alert software options. Available for Analog or IP Speakerphones and offering the flexibility to work with an existing wired connection or go wireless with a cellular connection.

- Supports 1-50 IP Phones
NEMA Enclosure Connect Devices
Best use for Elevator Phones and Small Footprint Phones that can’t house a Nebula Connect Device inside itself. Utilizing a weatherproof housing, these devices expand the use of Nebula to virtually anywhere.
- Indoor/Outdoor
- Supports 1-2 Analog Phones(or more, in special cases)
- Supports 1-50 IP Phones
- Pre-configured kits available for quick and easy installation.
Consumer, Commercial & Enterprise Connect Devices
Connect more than just Help Points® and phones with higher-volume Commercial & Enterprise Connect Devices. Integrating cellular and/or wired Failover Connectivity options, these devices provide flexibility and security while reducing network downtime, keeping you reliably connected.
- WAN Port options range from 2-7 Gigabit Ethernet Ports.
- LAN Port options range from 3-9 Gigabit Ethernet Ports.
- Wi-Fi or Embedded LTE Modem w/ redavailable for some models.

POTS Adapter Devices
Replace your existing POTS lines with our Nebula Connect POTS Adapter options. These devices offer a quick and easy alternative to maintaining & using traditional POTS lines. Simply connect your device via an RJ11 phone line, provide low voltage power to the adapter & you now have a reliable cellular connection to replace your traditional phone line.
- Indoor & Outdoor Use
- 1-2 Phone Lines Supported per POTS Adapter Device.
- Dual power options allow the use of 9-16V DC via the standard power port or 5V DC via the USB-C Port.
- Available with or without a NEMA-rated enclosure.
