HOLLAND, MICHIGAN (December 17, 2013): Code Blue Corporation, the industry leading manufacturer of emergency communication solutions, is pleased to announce that David Salas, CMA, CFM has been hired as Corporate Controller.
Salas will be responsible for handling Code Blue’s financial and accounting duties, including its burgeoning international business. He will report directly to Chief Operating Officer David Cook.
“David emerged as the lead candidate from a very competitive group of applicants,” Cook said. “I’m confident that his past experience and strong expertise will guide Code Blue securely into the future.”
Salas holds degrees in finance from Central Michigan University and accounting from Davenport University, and a Master’s in management from Aquinas College. He most recently was the Controller/General Manager for Global Parts Source, Inc., where he handled all aspects of accounting and oversaw the daily operations. He also spent a decade in various financial roles for Haworth, Inc., which included the financial management of two manufacturing plants.
