Commission Deviation has been implemented to encourage “net new” projects and/or customers and is awarded on an individual project basis. It is designed to encourage greater support and reward sales representatives for "Parts" opportunities, such as public address upgrades, phone upgrades, etc. It also may be applied to commission-based programs.
Commission Deviation Process
Submit discount deviation request
Request will be reviewed by a Code Blue Regional Sales Manager
Code Blue Regional Sales Manager will send request approval/denial correspondance
Deviation Criteria
Parts order that has been driven and/or supported
Approved on a project-by-project basis (not at account level)
Must be sold at 40% max discount
Commission deviated to negotiated rate
May not apply to Code Blue promotions
