Code Blue provides assistance to UC Berkeley student

More recently, a Code Blue Help Point® was able assist a young student at the University of California, Berkeley who had been robbed by two men.

According to the Contra Costa Times, the student was walking on campus when the two men approached him and demanded his property while gesturing like they might have a gun. The victim, who was not injured, complied and immediately called police using one of the many Code Blue products that can be found throughout Berkeley’s 1,200-acre campus.

Officers then were able to search the area and quickly arrested two suspects on the suspicion of armed robbery.
