HOLLAND, MICHIGAN (December 18, 2012): Code Blue Corporation, a global leader in producing emergency communication solutions, has announced the acquisition of a 34,000 square foot facility that will be transformed into the company’s new corporate headquarters and production center.
The building, located at 259 Hedcor Street in Holland, Michigan, provides the company with nearly twice the space as its current facility and ensures the company remains headquartered in Western Michigan. Construction is currently underway to upgrade the offices and production floor to meet the company’s tech manufacturing needs, with move in expected by spring 2013.
“With the momentum building both nationally and internationally for Code Blue, it was vital that we consider expansion,” said Chief Operating Officer David Cook. “This facility will provide the organization with a fantastic foundation to continue our hardware and software growth to meet market demands.”
The announcement caps a year in which the privately-held company announced several key hires and created several partnerships with organizations that align with the company’s “We are Security” promise.
