About Partnership

Code Blue's ToolVox® X3 systems management platform integrates directly with Milestone Systems’ XProtect® video surveillance software 2013 through 2016 R2 to monitor the health of emergency speakerphones. Additionally, the XProtect software will display an alarm when Code Blue speakerphones are activated. For newer versions of Milestone, Code Blue has partnered with App-Techs utilizing their BTX (Bridge to Milestone) middleware application.

Requirements

ToolVox® version 2.8 or newer; XProtect® Corporate, Enterprise, Expert, Professional and Express 2013 and 2016 R2 editions from Milestone. For newer versions of Milestone, Code Blue has partnered with App-Techs utilizing their BTX (Bridge to Milestone) middleware application. More information can be found at

How Does it Work?

XProtect monitors the status of the ToolVox® and receives call and device data when calls are placed from Code Blue phones utilizing the built in API.
