The South Haven City Council recently approved a new safety proposal for its beaches along Lake Michigan. The $48,000 security project will include the installation of a pair of Code Blue pedestals, emergency speakerphones, video surveillance equipment and an online video stream for the city’s website.
“We are proud to be a part of this project to make South Haven’s beaches safer for visitors,” Code Blue Marketing Manager David Fleming said. “As a West Michigan-based company that delivers products all over the world, we’re happy to help our surrounding communities whenever we can.”
