Emergency Call Box Assists Jogger in Connecticut

Code Blue’s industry leading emergency communication solutions continue to provide a valuable direct link to first responders at a wide variety of locations.

Recently, a 19-year-old woman used an emergency call box to contact police after a man exposed himself while she was jogging along the Farmington Canal Greenway near Hamden, Connecticut. While police were unable to locate a suspect, the woman’s actions hopefully will help prevent similar situations from occurring in the future.

A number of Code Blue’s sophisticated Help Points® have been installed on the Farmington Canal Greenway. They are able to provide fast and efficient contact with first responders during emergency incidents, including reporting suspicious individuals or simply asking for directions or help with car trouble.
